The hotel is brandnew and very well designed. Everything is very clean. I enjoyed the comfort of the large rooms, the pool, the view from the terasse/ bar area to the sea and to mount agung on the other side. Restaurant offers quite a variety of food at reasonable prices. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help. For every meal (incl. breakfast) you can choose wether you want to have it in your room, the restaurant or the terasse without any additional charge. Staff was also able to organise various trips like climbing mount agung or batur or diving, snorkeling etc. Prices were reasonable and you always got the full service incl. transport directly from/to the hotel. If you needed to go to the nearby village they were happy to take you there on a scooter for free. They also offer scooters for rent, but I didn't try that.
Given the young age of the hotel the staff seems to be lacking some professionalism and routine. For example they first gave me a room were the tv and the lamps at the bedside table were unplugged. Also I had quite a few big ants in that room plus at least one giant cockroach. When I almost flooded the bathroom due to some leakage of the toilet flush they allowed me to change to a different one. In that room everything was plugged in and working and there were no ants at all! However cockroaches seem to be unavoidable in that rural area... Sometimes the noise of the street between the hotel and the (rocky) beach was annoying to the point where you had to shout to the staff even on a short distance so they could understand you. If you consider booking this place be aware that it is quite remote and there are not many tourist attractions nearby. If, however, you want to go diving/snorkeling or climb the mountains Agung and Batur, this is a great place to stay and I do absolutely recommend it!

Really nice and clean place to stay at, nice pool and friendly staff. It was a short stroll to the beach (no real path though) and we had the whole beach to ourselves where you have a nice snorkling spot. Just a 5min walk to Tulamben, really just two curves and no real path there either though. They were very nice making us breakfast before the usual times as we had to leave early.
Charged us double of the price for diving than you can get it for example at Concept Dive. There is no atm within the next 30km, the credit card machine at the hotel did not work so the manager kindly offered us to drive us there, once back he asked idr 100'000 which we thought was quite a bit.

the room was clean and comfortable, with an air conditioning unit that worked well. We also enjoyed the tasty daily menu offered at the hotel, with great options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The hotel was located further away from the city center than we had expected, so we had to rely on transportation to get around. the hotel lacked some basic amenities, such as a bar or working dive facilities, that we had hoped for based on the description.

Kamusta, Bali Spark! The view is so great. I could see ocean from my room. I also enjoyed a super pool which is very clean. I love all staff. They are very kind. I felt like staying in my own resort. The rooms are not so many, only 12 rooms, so it is very comfortable. I like the way they served us, like a family. We enjoyed traditional massage in their spa service, and the manager gave us special green tea. I enjoyed sunrise from their Bar. The food was so delicious. I ordered Balinese food "Nasi Campu" and its price only around 3 usd. I got special breakfast. Banana Pancake. The chef is funny, he decorated my cake as gift for our honeymoon. We loved it! I was regret because I stayed only one night! I really recommend bali spark resort to everyone! Ako ay nagagalak na kayoy makilala!

The Customer Service was top notch catering to your every need. This is a new modern hotel with high quality service at excellent value with a good sized room & bathroom facilities. Very comfortable setting to enjoy very good home cooked meals. Sampled most dishes well prepared. The location in Tumbalen is good for a great get away from city life as the rocky desolate seaside waits your visit. The snorkling in the area is good. If you want a quiet place away from general tourist places, this is the place to go, but do not tell too many people to ruin the show. I just did.

The hotel provides a wonderful swimming pool with great views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. the room and bathroom are clean and spacious, furnished with comfortable beds and a refrigerator to keep your drinks cool. the staff is welcoming and friendly, offering helpful advice on activities and tours around the area.
The breakfast options could be more varied, as they only offer a limited selection.

Large and cleaned room, quite big for me as solo traveler. Restaurant was very good both of Indonesian and European food. Barbeque will be provided by request or every full moon. Scuba diving activity was amazing. Airport Shuttle cheaper then last year hired taxi from airport. Excellent holiday in short day. Tips: Order shuttle service by email to hotel, from airport - hotel is important and helpful, 100% cheaper than hired taxi from airport. Liberty Wreck was very nice dive site to choose. May take cash money from airport is better, ATM 20 minutes from Tulamben.

The location was great - easy to find and with protected parking. The staff lent me a motorbike to go get some cash. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy.
The hotel was so dirty - there was trash everywhere, and the pool was unusable due to how dirty it was. The bathroom was clogged so badly it was flooding. Plus, there was a terrible smell of something dead nearby. It was really disappointing.
